What exactly do we do in a boiler service?
The boiler controls are tested to ensure proper operation.
The boiler is inspected visually for corrosion and leaks.
An FGA (Flue Gas Analysis) is performed to ensure that no dangerous fumes are emitted by the boiler.
If needed, the boiler's components are cleaned.
The flame, primary components and gas pressure are examined.
The manufacturer's warranty standards are met by the gas safety procedures.
What is not covered?
The Boiler Service Package does not include the cost of repairing any faults or parts. If a repair or parts are required, you will need to pay for them if you wish to proceed with the repair.
A £15 cancellation fee applies to all bookings due to costs incurred within the first 24 hours of the booking being made before an engineer attends the property, thereafter a £25 cancellation fee will apply*.
