Is there a minimum age requirement ?
We recommend the appliance be under 7 years of age due to the shortage of parts for older models.
Do you guarantee the repair?
Yes, the work is guaranteed for 12 months
What is included in the fixed price repair?
Our fixed price repair includes parts, labour and call out charges.
What if you can't repair my appliance?
If we are unable to repair your product due to parts being unobtainable, or the product is beyond economically repairable, then you will be charged the labour rate. Any parts fitted will be refunded or not charged for after removal.
